3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. We provide the return shipping label to ensure the product is returned to the correct location.
4. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, our dedicated team will inspect the returned service or equipment to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. Processing time may vary but typically takes 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS to complete and post to the payment method used.
5. Refund or Replacement: If the return is approved, you will be offered a refund or a replacement to one of our other plans, according to your preference and availability of the desired service or equipment.

Exceptions and Fees

Please be aware of the following exceptions and potential fees regarding our return policy:
1. Non-Returnable Items: Certain services or equipment may be non-returnable due to specific conditions, such as outside your 10-day window for policy refund.
2. Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs for returned items are covered by SteadFast Internet Inc. with a prepaid return label. 3. Outside 14-Day Window: You can cancel at any time by contacting us via e-mail, phone, or live chat. If you cancel within 3 days of your payment due date, you will be charged for the following month of service. Please ensure to notify us before the 3-days of payment due date to ensure service is properly canceled and you will no longer be charged.
